Education and research
The Utrecht University Botanic Gardens feature both a tropical indoor collection and extensive outdoor gardens filled with remarkable plants. This garden is one of only three botanic gardens in the Netherlands that remain directly affiliated with a university. Research and teaching take place here, including work on biodiversity and the resilience of ecosystems.
