Tropical & Butterfly greenhouses closed for renovation
Utrecht University Botanic Gardens are building new greenhouses! Our Tropical and Butterfly greenhouses and will be completely replaced. The greenhouses are therefore closed to visitors for an extended period. Read more.

Parts of our collection are registered at the Stichting National Plant Collections. Examples of such plant (families) in the Utrecht Botanic Gardens are Cyclamen, Arisaema en Trillium (on the picture).
