When you create an account with Unibuddy, Utrecht University and Unibuddy will process your personal data. If you agree to receive marketing emails from Utrecht University, we will use your email address to send you those communications. If you do not agree, your personal data will be deleted from our systems within 6 months. Unibuddy stores your account so that you can make use of other Unibuddy services. If you would like to delete your account, you can do so under ‘Settings’ on the Unibuddy platform.
Chats between Utrecht University ambassadors and prospective students are monitored by our employees for the purpose of offering a high quality service, both in terms of adequate information and reply time. In any case, names of prospective students are not shown in these chats, and therefore, anything you say cannot be traced back to you.
