The AnniversaryLounges on the De Uithof campus and Janskerkhof square will open their doors for the first time next week. The De Uithof AnniversaryLounge will open – exceptionally – on a Sunday: Cultural Sunday (Culturele Zondag) on 17 April. The Janskerkhof AnniversaryLounge will be open to visitors from Tuesday 19 April.

A space to simply relax or relive the history of De Uithof in three distinctive exhibitions, the AnniversaryLounge is the nerve centre of the De Uithof programme. The exhibitions will tell the stories of
three generations of De Uithof residents, following the history of the campus from the days of pioneers on the meadows of the ‘Johannapolder’ to working and living in Utrecht Science Park. You can also enjoy the colourful representations of De Uithof objects and buildings by
De Wijde Doelen (only in Dutch) artists and the retrospective photo exhibition
Generation De Uithof (Generatie Uithof) (only in Dutch).
The De Uithof AnniversaryLounge houses the Anniversary information desk and the Anniversary shop and is the registration point for events and activities, many of which will also begin there.
The De Uithof AnniversaryLounge is situated in the lower section of the Van Unnik building (Heidelberglaan 2).
Opening times: Tuesday to Thursday, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
The Janskerkhof AnniversaryLounge is located in the city centre at Janskerkhof 30.
