There are different rates, choose your category:

1. Utrecht University staff and students

2. Other borrowers and non-profit organizations

3. Commercial organizations and foreign libraries

Commercial and non-profit organizations

Libraries within government-funded institutions are regarded as non-profit organizations. All other libraries are regarded as commercial organizations. Private persons without a library card will be charged the same rate as commercial organizations. 

Payment methods

Chip and pin cards are the only accepted payment methods at Utrecht University libraries. At the central lending desk of the University Library on Heidelberglaan 3 you can also pay by credit card.
