The collection Private law (JBPRI) is located on the first floor and is one of the larger collections in the field of Dutch private law. In this context private law involves: civil law, commercial law and civil procedural law.
Foreign private law mainly concerns Belgium, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, England, Scotland and other common law countries.
In addition, the collection comprises literature in the field of private international law, comparative civil law and uniform private law.
You can find books and printed journals in the library catalogue.

Journals
Journals in the field of private law can be found in section F of the journal collection. Issues of the current year are located on the ground floor, back volumes in the periodical-room on the first floor. The bibliographic database Picarta gives data about articles in most of these journals.
