The collection Legal history (JBRGS) is located on the second floor and is an extensive collection of Dutch legal history, Roman law and the History of European jurisprudence.
In the 'Roman law room' (k.2.16) you can refer to sources of law and works of reference. The room is not open to the public, the key can be obtained from the servicedesk on the ground floor.
You can find books and printed journals in the library catalogue.

Journals
Journals in the field of legal history can be found in section B of the journal collection. Issues of the current year are located on the ground floor, back volumes in the periodical-room on the first floor. The bibliographic database Picarta gives data about articles in most of these journals.
