Deadlines for application

You will find the deadlines for application to your Master’s programme on the website of your programme:

General deadlines
  1. Students from non-EU/EEA* countries need to apply for an entry visa and/or a residence permit. This means they will need extra time, which is why they have to apply before 1 September for a start in February and before 1 April for a start in September.
  2. If you need an early admissions decision, for example to apply for a grant or scholarship, you have to apply for your Master's programme before 1 December. Note: you can only apply for a grant or scholarship if you start your Master's programme in September.

* You are an EU/EEA citizen when you have the nationality of one of the following countries: all countries of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Vatican City and Switzerland.

Your file has to be complete before the deadline
After you have applied online, you have to pay the application fee and send in a number of forms and documents. Make sure we have received everything in good time before the deadline. If at the deadline your file is incomplete and/or your application fee has not been paid, we cannot consider your application.

Rolling admission: apply as soon as possible!
For most Master’s programmes you can apply at any time during the application period. However, the number of places may be limited, so we strongly recommend that you apply as early as possible.
