Mathematical Sciences

Mathematics is the science of structures that occur in the exact sciences, including mathematics itself. Discovery of new patterns and relations, and the construction of models with predictive power are the core activities of mathematics. Frequently, we see an interaction between fundamental and applied research. This versatility is reflected in the Master’s programme Mathematical Sciences.
