General courses
The Graduate School of Life Sciences strongly encourages PhD candidates to attend workshops and courses that focus on developing professional skills and building a (scientific) career. A minimum of 4 credits need to be earned on courses that provide training in general skills.
In general, PhD courses may be chosen from the course list of the host Research Institute and/or faculty of appointment. Courses are in the following areas:
