Daan van Maurik has been a PhD candidate at the Molengraaff Institute for Private Law and the Utrecht Center for Accountability and Liability Law (UCALL) since 2021. His research focuses on the impact and effects of climate litigation on the behavior and climate policy of companies. His research is supervised by Elbert de Jong and Josephine van Zeben.
