Anne Janssen is a PhD Candidate at the Montaigne Centre of Rule of Law and Adminstration of Justice since 2022. Anne examines perceived procedural justice among vulnerable litigants in civil procedure and their legal position in civil procedural law. Her research aims to strengthen both the experience and legal position of vulnerable litigants by proposing changes in civil procedure.

 

Prior to her PhD research, Anne was part of a collaborative research project between Radboud University, Leiden University and Utrecht University examining the experience of vulnerable litigants in digital hearings during COVID-19.
