Application Fee
Applicants must pay an application fee of €100. Applications made without the fee being paid will not be considered. The application fee is non-refundable.
The application fee payment process is integrated into OSIRIS Online Application. You can access the online payment portal once you have uploaded your application documents.
The following do not need to pay the application fee:
- Students registered as refugees in the Netherlands.
- Students applying for a privately funded master’s programme (Epidemiology Postgraduate, Bestuur en beleid voor professionals, Organisatie, cultuur en management, Strategisch management in de non-profitsector).
- Students currently or previously registered as an exchange student at Utrecht University.
- Students applying for admission based on a Dutch degree.
Students who wish to apply for more than one programme only need to pay the application fee once.
Students can pay the application fee by VISA or MasterCard (debit or credit card). We also offer the option of paying with iDEAL, Bancontact or Sofort. If you are exempt from paying the application fee, it is also possible to request an exemption in OSIRIS Online Application.
