Profiel
Marcel Sarot (1961) is a philosopher of religion and philosophical theologian. He wrote monographs on divine (im)passibility, models of the good life and methodological naturalism. He holds a chair in the history and philosophy of religious studies and  theology. Currently, he teaches courses on Religions and the Problems of Evil (UCU) and the History of Theology, Church and Philosophy. In the past, he taught courses on the philosophy of science, theological encyclopedia, religious epistemology, philosophical theology, theory of views of life, hermeneutics, interreligious dialogue, introduction to the philosophy of religion, and fundamentalism. His many publications (see home page) cover a wide range of subjects.
