About the faculty

The Faculty of Social & Behavioural Sciences opened in 1963. Now, sixty years later, the faculty is known as a leader in education and research in the social and behavioural sciences. As a faculty that helps form young talent in a wide array of degree programmes and contributes to the in-depth exploration of diverse issues in the field of behaviour and society. And, lastly, as a faculty that is firmly rooted in society and works closely with others.

The faculty has a staff of around 1100 and a student population of almost 7000 across its seven Bachelor's and 20 Master's degree programmes.
