The faculty of Social Sciences
Utrecht University accommodates one of the largest undivided Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences in the Netherlands. It provides education to 4,500 students, organised in six disciplines: Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, Cultural Anthropology, Educational Sciences, Pedagogical Sciences, Psychology and Sociology
Study with us as an Exchange Student?
Foreign students can study in Utrecht as an exchange student for one semester or an academic year.
The faculty offers a number of Bachelor courses in English from which exchange students can fill their study programme. Students may choose Master courses which are offered in English, however they are subject to selection prior to arrival. There is also the opportunity to conduct individual (research)work. These courses do not lead to a degree of any sort. Exchange students will, however, receive a certificate at the end of their study period.
