Welcome to the Center for Organization & Information

The Center is part of the Department of Information and Computer Sciences at Utrecht University. Prof. dr. Sjaak Brinkkemper is the chair of this research group. Furthermore, the staff consists of eight researchers and fifteen external PhD students.

From a broad perspective, the Center researches aspects of effectiveness of Information Technology, Information System developement and implementation in organizations and society.

Secondly, courses are developed and lectured to students in the bachelor Information Science (in Dutch) and Master Business Informatics (in English).

Thirdly, the center provides services, like business consultancy, facilitating start-ups, and service products.
