ORGANIC CHEMISTRY AND CATALYSIS
Welcome to the website of the Organic
Chemistry and Catalysis (OCC) group at Utrecht University!
The OCC group is a multi-disciplinary research group in which
research topics are studied as diverse as synthetic and physical organic
chemistry, homogeneous catalysis, and bioinorganic chemistry. The group
not only aims at performing cutting edge research on each of these
topics, it also aims at scientific endeavors that include the initiation
of new research lines at the interface of these different areas of
research.

The OCC group is part of the
Debye Institute for Nanomaterials Science at Utrecht University and participates in the
National Research School Catalysis (NRSC-Catalysis) and the Netherlands
Institute for Catalysis Research (NIOK).
