International conference 'Removing Obstacles' on decentral enforcement of European Competition Law. The Europa Institute Utrecht organises an international conference on decentral enforcement of European Competition Law. The conference is part of a tender from the European Commission. Judges from both old member states, newer member states and prospective member states will come together to share experiences and explore problematic aspects of the judicial enforcement of European Competition Law. Participating judges will include judges from the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. |
