Contract research

The School of Law conducts research and provides advice commissioned by public and private organisations and companies. Each research project falls under one of the five School of Law research programmes which in turn, are in carried out in congruity with Utrecht University’s research focus areas.

Research by students

Companies, authorities or social organisations wishing to commission research in the field of law, economics or governance may seek advice from the faculty’s Science Shop (information in Dutch only). The research is conducted by talented students who carry out these activities in the context of their Master’s – and in some cases Bachelor’s - thesis.
