USE consists of a number of chair groups, each of which covers a specific area of Economics. The chair groups are responsible for both teaching and research. Alongside them is UCEME, which provides courses in Entrepreneurship across the whole university. To strengthen the entrepreneurship profile, the Centre for Entrepreneurship was founded in 2008. Various service departments provide USE's teaching and research with adequate support.
