Departments

The departments of the Faculty of Humanities are home to the faculty’s employees. Each department is responsible for human resources policy, budgets and the coordination of the faculty’s education and research duties. They provide the context for education and research in their respective academic disciplines.

The Faculty of Humanities has six departments:

• Department of Dutch Studies

• Department of History and Art History

• Department of Media and Culture Studies

• Department of Modern Languages

• Department of Philosophy

• Department of Religious Studies and Theology
