Do you plan to graduate this Academic year, by 31 August, then the next is important to you.
In August there is an additional exam verification date at the end of the month: on
Monday, August 27, 2012. If you ensure that before then, all your study results are fully and properly submitted to the Studentdesk Geosciences and that your Osiris Study progress review is correct and complete, your exam file will be submitted to the Board of Examiners that same month. If they approve, your exam date will be set on 31 August 2012.
This verification date is added extra besides the regular checks on Monday, July 2 and Monday, August 6 and is to enable finishing your last and final study components at the end of the Summer break. You are responsible for the timely delivery of your study results, so make good arrangements with your teachers and or supervisors.
If your results are too late we will defer the treatment of your exam file to September and you can not participate in the graduation ceremony in October.
