Three UU master’s students will be given an opportunity to attend the Prestigious Festival of Thinkers that’s being held November 12-15 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Meeting Nobel lareates
The third edition of the festival is yet again an opportunity for students, to interact formally and informally with some of the world’s leading thinkers, including many Nobel laureates.
Tackling the world's challenges
The underlying philosophy of this event is to inspire promising youth to innovate, invent and to use constructive and lateral thinking while exploring potential solutions for the world’s challenges in an interactive format.
At the festival critical challenges and opportunities for the world are discussed, such as:
• Research and innovation
• Sustainable development
• Health and wellness
• The economic future of the world.
Three UU students can attend
For the three attending students, all expenses except the airfare will be paid. These expenses include accommodation, visas, meals and local transportation.

• The name of the Master’s program you’re attending
• A short motivation as to why you are the perfect candidate to attend the Festival of Thinkers
