Registration
As of April 18th, 2011, 12:00 a.m. Central European Time (+ Daylight Saving Time), registration for the conference is no longer possible. Any new applications will not be accepted.
Current applicants who would still make a last-minute change to their registration entries, are kindly requested to e-mail info@knag.nl.
Fees table
For your refernece, we have summed up the conference, workshop and gala dinner fees below.
The conference fee was dependent on:(I) Time of registration

(III) Status of student
Early registration fee (applied until March 14th, 2011):AGILE-member: € 270
AGILE-member, student: € 190
Non-AGILE member: € 330
Non-AGILE member, student: € 230
Late registration fee (applied from March 14th-April 17th, 2011):AGILE-member: € 330
AGILE-member, student: € 250
Non-AGILE member: € 390
Non-AGILE member, student: € 290
Workshop fees
Attending a workshop on April 18th was optional. You could only attend a workshop if you have had registered for the main conference itself. Regardless of the moment of registration, the following fees applied:
Full-day workshops: €50
The GIROST workshop was an exception in this regard, as it was fully covered by ESRI. However, registration for this workshop was required in the registration module in order to attend this workshop.
Gala dinner
The gala dinner was included in the conference fee. It was possible to order additional gala dinner tickets, at the costs of €50 each.
An non-student AGILE-member registers at February 17th, 2011. He will attend a full-day workshop and orders one extra ticket for the gala dinner. The expense will be €270 + €50 + 1*€50 = €370
