Instructions papers and poster presenters

The draft programme is available on the website, under programme. Please check when you are supposed to present your paper or poster or chair a session.

Paper presentations are 15 minutes long, with an additional 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

The Poster session takes place on Wednesday. Please make sure to have your poster ready before the first coffee break that day, at 10.30 a.m. at the latest. The width of the poster panels is 90 cm, the height is up to 130 cm. Make sure to have the title of your paper and your name(s) on top of the poster. ESRI will make an Award available for the best poster. In the programme we indicated several moments during the Wednesday that conference attendants can pass by and discuss your poster. These moments are during the coffee breaks (posters session and coffee breaks are in the same Hall) and during a special session in the afternoon. Please make sure to be around to allow attendants to ask questions. Student assistants will be around to help you whenever needed.
