End-of-Year Bonus

The CAO-NU stipulates that employees are entitled to a structural End-of-Year bonus. The amount of bonus is 8.3% of your gross monthly salary.

The End-of-Year bonus may be surrendered as a source in the Terms of Employment Multiple Choice Model / Individual Choices Model.

The End-of-Year bonus contributes to your pension and social benefits. It does not serve as a basis for calculating your holiday pay. Sickness, vacation and leave do not affect the awarding of this bonus.
