Good scores
Both students and professors give positive ratings to Utrecht University teaching. This is evidenced by external teaching assessments, high ratings of Utrecht programmes in the annual Elsevier and Keuzegids surveys, and by the student satisfaction survey. Moreover, the programmes achieve high success rates: of the Utrecht students starting their undergraduate programme in 2002, 57 percent graduated within four years, which is well above the national average of 37 percent.
