Study Programme

In total, 7 months of this 18-month programme will consist of courses in epidemiology, statistics, study design, animal health economics and scientific writing, as well as practical training in statistical analyses and computer statistical packages. The other 11 months will be spent on a research project applying a variety of epidemiological and statistical methods, involving the following activities: study design, work planning and data collection and analysis. A research topic can be selected from within one of the research programmes of the Department of Farm Animal Health.

Veterinary Epidemiology and Economics is a full-time MSc course.
