Terminating enrolment and refund of tuition fees

If you want to terminate your enrolment (temporarily), you can do this via Studielink. Click the button ‘Application for termination of enrolment'. Fill out the requested date and reason for termination. It is NOT possible to terminate retroactively, except if the termination request applies to the academic year 2009-2010. If you terminate your enrolment from 1 July or 1 August, tuition fees will not be refunded. 
You will receive a confirmation email from Studielink.

Please note! If you are a non-EU/EEA student and you terminate your enrolment while your residence permit is valid, it becomes void and you will be required to leave the country within 28 days.

You cannot re-activate your DUO student grant once it has been terminated.
