Reimbursement of Applicants’ Travelling Expenses 

In accordance with the Reimbursement of Applicants Expenses Scheme, persons who apply for a job with Utrecht University are entitled to a reimbursement of any reasonably incurred travelling and accommodation expenses.

Reimbursement takes place on the basis of a claim form, which can be obtained from the secretariat of the HR Department of the faculty or service department which has invited the applicant for interview.
