Ancillary Activities

Ancillary activities include all activities which employees of Utrecht University undertake outside the scope of their university job (irrespective of the number of hours worked for Utrecht University and the number of hours spent on these ancillary activities).

Ancillary activities may give rise to a conflict of interests if, for example, you work until the small hours for your other employer as a result of which your work for Utrecht University on the following day is of lower quality.
