As an employee of Utrecht University, you can choose to become a member of one of the four following employees’ organisations:
Together, these organisations conduct negotiations on collective labour agreement terms. They periodically consult with the Executive Board within the framework of the University Labour Representation Board to discuss personnel issues as well as the legal position and employment terms of employees. You may choose to be represented by one of these employees' organisations.
Your membership fee can be one of the targets of the Terms of Employment Multiple Choice Model/ Individual Choices Model.
