Holiday Benefit

Every month, 8% of your gross salary is held back as holiday pay. Furthermore, some allowances serve as a basis for calculating your holiday pay.

Your holiday pay will be paid out in May.

Holiday pay is one of the available sources in the Terms of Employment Multiple Choice Model / Individual Choices Model.

In the event of termination of your employment, the holiday pay you have accrued will be paid out in the month following the month your employment was terminated.

Apart from your holiday pay, you are also granted leave hours.
