Applications and orders

The A-Z index lists the main FSC services. Note that the Dutch A-Z index is more extensive. The application and/or order procedure is detailed per subject.

Reporting Centres

All applications, orders and reports are received by the FSC Reporting Centres. This may mean you will receive an offer first, depending on the service. This is stated in your application and/or order confirmation receipt.

Pick up

In a number of cases, you can pick up the applied services at an agreed time and place (usually a reception desk). This applies to:

  • Lending of AV equipment. Please contact one of the Facilities Service Centre Reporting Centres to reserve AV equipment. For the time being, only the Uithof-Centre region can process reservations for AV equipment
  • Goods receiving department
  • Reader sales 
  • Repro facilities.

Distribution desk

A distribution desk is located a the reception of the Educatorium. You can pick up your office supplies there.
