Facilities Services & Maintenance

The Facilities Service Centre (FSC) is responsible for providing facilities services at Utrecht University. Employees and students can contact FSC for e.g.:

• Waste disposal
• Car rental
• Vending machines
• Security
• Conference and event organisation
• Catering
• Building services
• Purchases and tenders
• Building maintenance
• Mail handling and logistics
• Cleaning services.

Reporting Centres

All applications, orders and reports are received through the FSC Reporting Centres. Services are provided by several Departments, but are coordinated by 4 facility regions. Quality service, care for the environment, durability and working conditions plus safeguarding food safety are at the centre of FSC business operations.
